Last night, the first thing I did was run to a trainer and learn Prowl. I still can’t believe I forgot to do that as soon as it was available. When I hit 12, I decided to give PvP another go. This time was much more successful and enjoyable. Not only could I actually kill/assist people, but I even capped a flag (I can’t even remember the last time I capped a WG flag). I only spent about 20 minutes in the BG before it turtled so I bailed. It gave me another 50 honor though, so about 25 more to get my bags. Not that its any kind of sample, but of the 3 BG’s I’ve been in, I’ve yet to see another Druid.
I did a quest in Northern Barrens called Crossroads Caravan Delivery, which I thought was just brilliant and by far the coolest quest I’ve done on this toon. I thought I had my fill of vehicle quests in Wrath, but this one was really fun. Not only was it a vehicle quest, but it was an escort quest, rapid fire shooting drill, funny animations, AND it took me from one quest hub to the next…at mount speed. Very well designed. 🙂
So in 45 minutes I went from lvl 11 to 13. Not bad 🙂 considering I’m probably going to do most of the quests available to me, the whole rested xp thing kinda seems unnecessary.
