There isn’t a lot to this setup. Basically just all Stamina and a bit of Armor.
The question here, imo, is the Armor to Stamina weight ratio. I did find this Effective Health Calculator which says, at level 20, 20 Armor is roughly 1 Stamina. It’s pretty dated (2008), but the math looks right if I use this formula to determine Damage Reduction: Damage Reduction % = Armor / (Armor + 400 + 85 * AttackerLevel). Keep in mind though, that Armor only mitigates physical damage, not spell damage…and Rogues and Hunters do physical damage.
Bear Form increases armor by 65% and Stamina by 10%, so to get your 20 Armor (or 1 Stamina equivalent), you only really need ~14 armor (uh, I think)…but that’s in Bear form so I’m going to forget all that. 😮
While Agility increases Dodge (as well as your effective base armor), Dodge mitigates only physical damage AND you have to be facing the attacker, which limits it even more.
