A toon’s ability to hit another target is calculated through an Attack Table. Calculating if your hit can land is done by adding Miss, Dodge, Parry, and Block (the value of the hit, once landed, is a bit more of the Attack Table, but I’m not worrying about that here). Here’s a summary of Miss, Dodge and Parry. For now, I’m leaving out Block (mostly because it only applies to frontal attacks on toons wearing shields and some misc. mobs).
